Tom Vaughton is the founder of Varn Health and with a background as a biologist had the ambition to create a highly experienced, expert and specialist healthcare SEO team. Varn Health is now a Google-certified SEO agency, specialising in search marketing for ambitious biotech and pharma (pharmaceutical) companies. Tom is also regularly asked to consult on SEO for brand and advertising marketing agencies working for pharma clients. Tom relishes the SEO and search challenges Varn Health tackles daily, with the end goal of accelerating profitable growth, website rankings and traffic for happy clients.
Aimee Talbot
Head of Innovation
Aimee has over 15 years of expertise and experience in search marketing, with a specialisation in Technical SEO and statistical analysis. Aimee joined Varn over a decade ago in 2012 and has developed an in-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and is well-versed in SEO tools, including Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Aimee has specialist expertise in delivering Technical SEO excellence for a multitude of pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare and medical businesses, across a variety of markets.
Helen Dalton
Senior Technical SEO Manager
Helen has an extensive and wide-ranging background in digital marketing, having worked in a variety of marketing roles for over a decade before joining Varn in 2022.
Helen is a crucial member of the Technical SEO team, conducting SEO audits and aiding healthcare clients in maximising their search engine visibility. She enjoys the challenge of interrogating site performance and using data-led insights to create bespoke strategies for growing organic search traffic for medical businesses.
David Foy
SEO Account Manager
David is a highly experienced Search Marketer and heads up the SEO content outreach and content creation at Varn Health. David has worked with the likes of Roche, Alliance Pharmaceuticals and GSK.
David has been with Varn Health since 2018, working primarily on developing outreach and content creation for clients, driving campaigns that have the potential to drive brand awareness, Digital PR coverage and links.
In addition to content creation David also has experience working on holistic search campaigns and bringing together the onsite SEO and content outreach side of search.
